Work, Work, Work

Well, we are heading into the last day of our living-room makeover and we are so far so good. The Last day we will be painting our brains out! When wall-paper removal was not going well we talked about just painting over it and then decided it was nesscary...so that took almost the entire day Friday. Once we wasted 3-4 hours on the first wall the rest of the wall's seemed like a breeze when we got the hang of it. Today was spent scraping the popcorn from the ceiling and painting the brick wall. We had white masonary paint and I hated it so we took it back to Home Depot and they tinted it the same color that our walls will be...It look's 10 times better. Sunday is the final day to get finished with this mess we started. I'll update you as to how that goes.
Justin and Makenzie got to stop early and go on a date tonight. They got dressed up and went to a Daddy Daughter Dance where Justin bought here a corsage and had a lasagna dinner that both were not fond of. They had a great time and have already made plans for next year. The best part is the picture, Justin is actually smiling!
